Tanya's Story

I joined their 6 week challenge in July 2021 and there’s been no looking back. When lockdown came, the challenge went online with 5 x Zoom sessions every week to keep us on track. We had continued nutrition support to keep us focused and they introduced a lovely yoga stretch class as well.


I’m so grateful to them both. They are great motivators! I have continued to stay part of their online community and the 30 minute online pre recorded classes I am now doing fit perfectly into my busy schedule. Along with those I’ll do 2-3 live online Zoom classes each week and yoga when I can. The ability to train with Cherie and Kate from the comfort of my own home means I have been able to regularly add exercise into my life without the commute to a gym.


I’m so pleased with my results and although my nutrition has always been pretty good I’ve become aware of healthy nutrition even more.


It’s been lovely to buy some new clothes as well as drop a dress size and it has positively affected me in all areas of my life, I’ve got loads of energy and feel good about myself. I would definitely recommend BodyBlast to anyone.
